American Express Co., 2 Cir., 190 F.2d 334, now calls for decision as to whether it was error to grant defendants motion for interpleader, pursuant to Rule 22, Fed.Rules Civ.Proc. 28 U.S.C.A., after it had answered and filed a counterclaim for interpleader in the action about to be described. A motion to strike an affirmative defense was also granted but is not here involved.
