The Republic Group, Inc. (Republic) appeals the trial courts order granting summary judgment in favor of the defendants, Won-Door Corporation (Won-Door), Reed Watkins, Jay Smart, and Ron Smart. We reverse the summary judgment with respect to Republics claims for breach of the covenant of good faith and fair dealing, actual fraud, and breach of contract. We affirm the summary judgment with respect to Republics claim for constructive fraud. Accordingly, we remand for further proceedings.
